Ekiti Governor elect aide shot

Ekiti - Gunmen have shot dead one of the loyalists of Ekiti
Governor-elect, Ayo Fayose and a former chairman of the
National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Ekiti
State, Omolafe Aderiye, Saharareporters reports.
Aderiye was accosted and shot at close range by four
gunmen while on his way home after a meeting with the
governor elect.
He was said among the people that went with the governor-
elect to the Ekiti state high court on Thursday where
miscreants believed to be loyal to the state Governor-elect
allegedly beat up a judge, Justice John Adeyeye, for being
allegedly rude to the governor-elect.
